What Lingovet is

Lingovet is a free, AI-assisted intake tool that helps pet owners prepare for a vet visit. No sign-up is required.

Not a diagnosis or treatment

• Lingovet is not a veterinarian. It does not diagnose and does not recommend medicines or treatment. The report is for information only.
• The urgency level is guidance, not a medical decision. If your pet gets worse or you are in doubt, contact a vet right away, whatever Lingovet says.

Emergencies

For breathing difficulty, seizures, suspected poisoning, inability to urinate, serious injury or collapse, do not wait to finish the consultation. Go straight to the nearest vet.

Acceptable use

• Use the service only for your own pet or an animal in your care.
• Do not upload other people's personal data, photos showing faces, or unlawful content.
• Automated or excessive use and attempts to bypass security are not allowed. Daily usage limits apply.

Liability

• Answers are generated by AI and may contain errors. To the extent permitted by law, Lingovet is not liable for decisions made based on the report.
• The service is provided as is, without a guarantee of uninterrupted or error-free operation.

• We may update these terms; the current version is always on this page.
• These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye.
