Privacy notice

Who we are

What we process

• You do not need an account, name, phone number or email to use Lingovet.
• Consultation details: your pet's species, name, age and sex, your observations and messages.
• Photos you upload. Please make sure they do not show people's faces or personal details.
• Technical data: your IP address and a daily usage count to prevent abuse; a cookie that remembers your language; a key stored in your browser so you can delete your consultation.
• Site usage measurement: we measure which pages are opened, what is clicked and time on page with Velaris Dijital's own tool (Velaris Analytics). A random visitor ID is stored in your browser; no cookies and no advertising use. Consultation and report addresses are masked, and your messages and photos are never included. Do Not Track is respected; you can switch it off any time with the "Turn off analytics" link at the bottom of the page.

Why and on what legal basis

• To answer your questions, assess urgency and prepare the report for your vet (providing the service; your explicit consent for AI processing).
• To protect the service from abuse (legitimate interest).

Who we share it with

• To generate answers, your messages and photos are sent to our AI provider Anthropic PBC (ABD). Because this is a transfer abroad, we ask for your explicit consent before the consultation starts. The provider does not use this data to train its models.
• Data is hosted with Hostinger VPS.
• Anyone with the report link or QR code can view the report. Share it only with your vet.
• We never sell your data or share it for advertising.

How long we keep it

• Consultations, reports and photos are permanently deleted automatically after 90 days.
• You can delete a consultation at any time with the button on the report page.
• IP addresses and usage counts are deleted after 7 days. Backups are kept for at most 14 days.
• Site usage measurement data is deleted after 90 days.

Your rights

• Under Article 11 of KVKK you can ask whether your data is processed, request information, correction or deletion, learn who received it, object, and claim compensation.
• Email info@lingovet.com with your report link. We reply within 30 days.
